No, the GPU will be no problem, but the CPU needs a different socket. Your current board is for some AMD CPUs. You'll need a board with a 1151 socket. Good examples are the ASUS H170 boards.
E: Keep in mind, that you will need a new Windows copy too, because they are bound to motherboards.

Yep, but i'd suggest getting an "H" board instead of the "Z" board. That will safe you some money.
H boards are for non-K CPU like the one you choose. (no overclocking)
If you want to OC you'll need to get the i5 6500K CPU along with the Z board you choose.
But if you still want to stick to the Z board, it will work without any issues.
