Is the 2060 or 1650 Super compatable with the Asus Prime A320M-K, Ryzen 5 3600, Corsair VS450, Corsair 32GB Ram

A 1650 Super would be supported, but having compared some gaming benchmarks, the 1060 (the 6GB variant anyway) seems to perform better than the 1650 Super. Definitely not worth upgrading in that case. The 2060 however, a very decent upgrade. But as @Master Djoza says, upgrade your PSU before upgrading. Your motherboard could kind of use an upgrade too, as it's a super budget motherboard. PSU definitely comes first, though.

What games are you looking to play? If you're going for older games, definitely don't upgrade your GPU, but put your money towards a higher wattage PSU first. 32gigs of RAM is kind of overkill for your current build too, not sure what made you get that much :)

Yes it is, but i would spend a bit more on the PSU, to have bigger headroom for upgrades and ensure safety.
If you can, buy a new powersupply before upgrading to those GPU's.
Something like this:

450W may be enough, but that PSU is considered to be one of the worst Corsair ever made, and the VS series has a really bad reputation.
okay thanks

I'm surprised VR runs at all, since the 1060 is a minimum spec. What kind of framerates are you getting now? For VR I'd definitely look for a higher tier GPU, but the rest of your system could really use an upgrade for it as well, I'm sure. I'm not all too familiar with VR gaming, just that a beefy computer never hurts.

You said it's a prebuilt? Do you have a make and modelnumber? I'm sure most Micro-ATX motherboards will fit your case, but even the cheapest ones I can find have a 8-pin EPS connector where yours only has a 4-pin connector. I don't know if a new PSU even has a 4-pin EPS connector, they're usually proprietary PSUs that come with prebuilt PCs..

I have no idea what you're trying to say there. It would help to know which case it came in at least. Are you in the UK? Not that that would help much in narrowing it down, but still.
(not trolling btw) n it means not giving correct info n im from uk and it says pcspecialist on it and dunno other logo black and red case

@TKCYT Ah, I get what you mean now. Not a native English speaker, that doesn't really help. I wasn't asking where you were from to figure out what you meant, but I googled some of your parts and saw a pcspecialist.co.uk link is all. :)

But is this your case, perhaps?
