No, laptop cpus and gpus can't be upgraded. Unless they are dedicated graphics such as Nvidia, then yes.

Your current graphics adapter is just the integrated graphics of the CPU.
If your laptop can take a discrete graphics card, then you can install one and upgrade your graphics adapter.
