Can i upgrade my Processor To i3 or i5?
In other words can my Motherboard Support i3 processor ? or i5????
MotherBoard
Manufacturer Dell Inc.
Model 0K83V0 (CPU 1)
Version A00
Chipset Vendor Intel
Chipset Model P45/P43/G45/G43
Chipset Revision A3
Southbridge Vendor Intel
Southbridge Model 82801JR (ICH10R)
Southbridge Revision 00

Solution
It turns out you can't, though not because it's soldered. According to my good pal Google, 0K83V0 is a desktop board (not a laptop) but a much older one. Socket 775 is an obsolete socket which only supports up to Core 2 (Duo/Quad) CPUs. No Core i- chips of any generation are supported.
