Basically, I would like to know if i could upgrade the CPU and GPU on this Notebook.
I know I can upgrade my HDD's to SDD's and see a nice performance gain. But I really would like some more power behind it as well.
Any and All help/feedback would be very much appreciated.
Thank you

I would highly not recommend to change the CPU, unless your skilled and do this regularly, its very easy to snap a important wire connecting many boards and parts together.
The GPU is possible using the Express card on the left side, you can place a GPU in there.
And of course the SSD would be the best improvement!
Hope this helps!

I am not worried, I have built many PC's for friends and family in the past, as well as a dozen or so for myself.

As far as wiring, boards, soldering, no worries there. (Avionics)

Could you elaborate? Provide link(s)?

In that case make sure you select a CPU with the same socket type and spread the thermal compound evenly as its vital in a laptop
As for the GPU, if you replace the CPU with a higher end one you also tend to get a better integrated GPU with it too.
An express card is like a PCI-E lane on laptop, it allows you to add more USB slots e.t.c
But they are quite small in size so you wont get a decent GPU though.
Hope this helps!
