Can i upgrade my AMD A4-7210 (1.80Ghz) to AMD A10-9630P (2.6Ghz)

Hey folks I've recently bought a laptop its processor is AMD A4-7210 APU its base clock is (1.80 Ghz) and can be boosted upto (2.2 Ghz) and i am not pretty much satisfied with the given processor so i decided to replace it with AMD A10-9630P. Because when i searched for a processor which has same socket type that is "FP4(BGA)" it showed me that processor.But i have a doubt that the processor is soldered to the motherboard or not ?
Can anyone tell me that the processor is compatible or not,also please tell me that the processor is soldered to the motherboard or not ?

BGA processors are always soldered to the motherboard, so they can't be upgraded unless you have some very expensive equipment to desolder the existing APU and solder on a new one. So socket FP4 is not a socket in the physical sense, but electrically it functions similarly; contacts on the processor meet with contacts on the motherboard and processing happens.


TL;DR: It's soldered, can't upgrade.
