Can I upgrade my Aspire XC-603 cpu?

I want to upgrade my Intel Pentium J2900 2.41 GHz quad core to maybe a 13 6100. I am wondering if there are any good and cheap cpu around max. $100 preferably. For gaming at preferably at least 40-60 fps for somewhat harder games like League of Legends or Minecraft. My current processor only runs at 20 fps for minecraft and 30 for League of Legends.

The Pentium J2900 is a socket FCBGA1170 processor. The "BGA" means Ball Grid Array which means the processor is soldered to the mobo. You can't remove the processor, you are stuck unless your replace the mobo.
