Its an Alvorix board, N-Alvorix-RS880-uATX (Alvorix) ... AMD Athlon II X4 640
Its OEM, so it probably can't handle 125 watt Phenom 1100T, since its TDP is 95 watts?
Depends on the motherboard. Without know the exact model we cannot say. That being said there isn't any real good reason to invest any money in that old platform. You would be better served in the long run to upgrade to a Ryzen or new Intel.
There is no reason to put any money into that system. The motherboard is probably ~9/10 yrs old though?

That minicard is the motherboard's form of a WIFI card? I 'found' a $5 replacement card for it, and it 'told' me what the wire/coaxial cable connectors were meant for in the bottom of my HP 6710f! WIFI?I just see a bunch of numbers, besides 'BUZZER,' perhaps INFINEON B 620887 001
There also a 'socket' that looks like an M.2 or nVME 'socket,' but for a short M/n card? A small cache card? Or?
