Question Can I upgrade my cpu? LGA 1155

I currently have a hp z210 sff desktop that came with a xeon e3-1225 3.1 ghz and was wondering if i could upgrade it to either a Xeon e3-1230 or 1240 v1 without updating bios. If you need more information, let me know.

My bios version says J51 v01.35, would that work?
check it on HP support site. the list from their site is safe
