i wanna ask that does my motherboard support cpus like dual core and core 2 duo
or any thing like that?

Nope you cannot upgrade to core 2 duo. They use a different socket (LGA 775) and your motherboard is for 478.

You can probably pick up a used LGA 775 motherboard for really cheap and and used Core 2 duo chip for cheap.

In the US I got motherboard and cpu for like $40 2 years ago.
