Can i upgrade my GPU in my Toshiba Satellite L840?

I am currently using the Toshiba Satellite L840-1045 with 6gigs of ram (expanded) and Radeon 7670M. I would very much like to upgrade my GPU. Could someone tell me if it’s possible?

Doe not look good - upgrade-able parts for this one are limited to RAM and SSD.
