Can I upgrade my Graphics card?

I have this motherboard http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3770#sp and it currently has a xfx radeon hd 6850 in it and it is utter shit it cannot run games for shit and I am very interested in upgrading it, is this possible?

You should be able to, I don't see any problems. How much wattage does your PSU allow for?
