first of all your computer is very very old, so you may have issues with that, thanks to low frequency and core number. Consider buying new system. Right now I can't tell you if you can upgrade your GPU, because you didn't post your PSU Wattage. Open your case and check the Power Supply Unit (PSU), there should be a sticker with xxxW and if its over 400W you should be able to power up GTX 750Ti. Thanks to the fact that your hardware is very old, you may not have PCI-e express x16 slot for graphics card. As you will be checking your PSU Wattage check for this. If you do not know how does the PCI-e slot look like, it is a thin slot under the CPU usually on bottom side of your motherboard.

Ohh. well i know not to buy walmart computers then. i just bought the computer from walmart the day i posted this thread. but i looked at the PSU and the only place i could find it was on the power cord. it has one of them black boxes on the power cord like a laptop does and on it it said 65w. i looked insaide and there was no sticker with the W. ill check again to make sure
