Can I upgrade my Laptop's Graphics Card?

Hi again,
I have an Acer Aspire V3-551G,
with AMD Radeon 7670M+7660G,
and was looking to upgrade it to an AMD Radeon Sapphire.
Is this possible? I've been told yes, and I've been told no.

Unless you send your laptop back to the manufacturer it is not possible, a lot of manufacturers don't even support laptop graphics upgrades.

Correct me if i am wrong.
