Can i upgrade my motherboard and cpu?

my question is, can i upgrade my laptops motherboard and cpu?

my laptop is the toshiba satellite c850-1kn.
it has a intel pentium b960 dual core cpu
8gb ram
750gb hdd

my laptop is starting to run slow and im pretty sure its due to its disgustingly bad cpu. my 8gb ram really isnt being put to use with such a bad cpu, i dont know if its possible but it feels like the cpu is bottlenecking the RAMs performance.

ive done a little research and have found that my cpu cannot be upgraded without changing out the motherboard as well. so im asking on here to see if anyone can help me find a laptop motherboard for my laptop to which i can upgrade to. im looking to put in a solid motherboard which can handle an i5 processor. that way i can get better integrated graphics, and hopefully finally use my 8gb of ram.

the reason i havent put my laptops motherboards specs in this description is because i cant find it anywhere, not in the manual or any laptop information settings. so im hoping someone on here can identify this laptops motherboard and direct me to the suitable place to find better motherboards

No, laptop mobo form factors are custom to each design so they can't be changed.
