Can I upgrade my pc from 32 bit to 64 bit?
My specs is:
CPU: AMD Athlon II x2 255
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1030
RAM: 2 GB ( WLL BE UPGRADED TO 8 GB)

Yes, you can change the OS from 32bit to 64bit.
But it will be a full wipe and reinstall, not simply an 'upgrade'.

You'll be 'upgrading' your OS not your hardware.

So, for that, just as stated above, you'll need to make a clean installation of a 64version of any Windows.
