Can i upgrade my pre built pc ?

I want to upgrade my pc so that i can play other games on it. Is this pre built pc upgrade-able? Here are the specs:
Intel Core i5-3350P
GT 620
4gb RAM
Acer aspire t3-600 mobo

im planning on upgrading the gpu to gtx 750ti and a new psu. is this possible?

Also, what good and cheap PSU fits well with 750ti any suggestions?

You should consider a GTX 1050TI or GTX 1060 instead of that old GPU.

For PSU, good and cheap often don't go well together. You need to get a good quality PSU like Corsair RM550x or EVGA SuperNova G2 550.
You should also seriously consider some more ram. 4 GB is not enough anymore, 8 GB at least and preferably 16 GB.
