the case looks to be a standard mATX case. and if so upgrades should be easy peasy. the hardest part will be connecting the power switches.
you are looking at a new trinity (motherboard, CPU, RAM must be upgraded together) and a PSU. what is your budget? UK?
PSU not mandatory for upgrade just strongly suggested by me.
