[SOLVED] Can I Upgrade RAM even though Lenovo says I can't?

MTM: 81Y8002QUS
Manufacturing Date August 30, 2020
Factory ID: JVHFC1

The specs say I already have my maximum memory which is 16Gig. This doesn't make sense! Is this a typo? Or does the manufacturer have a specific reason for not recommending upgrades? Can someone furnish me some enlightenment????
