Question Can I upgrade RAM on HP Envy 360 15m-ed1xxx?

I apologize, I've spent two days searching only to get conflicting answers. I am trying to edit videos with 8GB RAM, not sustainable. I would like to upgrade RAM to 32GB if possible. I went to crucial site and they say they don't have what I need. I took it apart and it has two 4GB sticks in it. Seems like it would be upgradeable. I went to BestBuy site and asked if a certain 16GB RAM stick was compatible and they said no. If it is upgradeable, how high and is there a specific brand or something? Thank you!

No, you can't. The support page says the Max Supported RAM size is 16GB (2x8GB), thus you can only go up to 16GB.
