Can i upgrade the ati mobility HD 5650 on toshiba sattelite l650 1mm to a better one? Wich is the most powerfull compatible with my motherboard ?

Yeah, short answer is no. The vast majority of laptops (99%+) do not allow you to upgrade the graphics card. That less than 1% that do are expensive gaming laptops (over $1,500+), and only specific models.
