Can i upgrade the CPU in my Compaq CQ60-302au?

Hi i am wondering if i can upgrade the CPU in my Compaq Presario CQ60-302au. My laptop was running quiet hot so i pulled it apart to check for dust and i realized the CPU is NOT soldered on. It has an AMD Sempron SI-42. Thanks.

I'm afraid not. You have the best processor available for your S1G2 socket laptop at the 25W thermal limit. There are other processors you can use, but they're all either slower or will overheat due to a higher thermal ceiling.

Thanks for your advice! the laptop still runs fine with a clean x64 windows 7 and was given to me for free so its not a big problem.
