Question Can I upgrade the CPU on my HP ZBook 17 G3 ?

Hello everyone,
i have a very good HP ZBook 17 G3 with an Intel Xeon E3-1535M , companion of many battles.
With Windows 11 I would have to scrap it since the CPU does not meet the minimum requirements of that OS. Can any of you explain to me if I can upgrade it to a Xeon that will work with Windows 11 ?

The CPU on your ZBook has an FCBGA1440 fitting which means it's soldered directly on to the motherboard.
Therfore it cannot be changed.
