[SOLVED] Can i upgrade the GPU on this Dell Laptop?

I have a dell Latitude 3580 with a Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7200U CPU @ 2.50GHz, 2701Mhz, 2 Cores and 4 Logical CPUs; 8GB RAM DDR4 @ 2400 with an on board Intel(R) HD Graphics 620 but also an added AMD Radeon (TM) R5 M330. The motherboard does not want to reveal itself, except for Base Board Dell Inc.

Because the AMD Radeon is not soldered, i'm hoping to upgrade to something close to the best that money can buy that will fit this pc. i will add another 8gb RAM, because i found some cheap ones, anyway, i digress. What GPU will work on this old thing?
Unless someone knows any speck, i'm thinking something better from the same family of Radeon?

If your laptop comes with an MXM slot (where the graphics cards go in a laptop if they're not soldered), then you should be able to change the GPU.
