It’s currently got the Intel HD 4600 graphics but I would really like to upgrade that to NVIDIA/AMD, is it possible and if so how?(tutorials and possible compatible cards)

Solution
Should be easy, let's try to walk you through it.

You don't state what you will be using the computer for so it is difficult to pick a video card for you to use. I will assume gaming and we can downgrade later if you don't need a powerful Graphical Processing Unit (GPU, another name for video card).

Looks like you have an i5-4570 Central Processing Unit (CPU), a 460 watt Power Supply Unit (PSU) and a motherboard with an available PCI-e x16 expansion slot, so you can match this up with a fairly powerful GPU. Your PSU has two 6+2 PCI-e connectors for the GPU, so it will power GPU's that require a 6-pin or 8-pin power connection.

I would go with the cheapest GTX 1060-3GB (not the 6GB version) you can find. This will be about the fastest GPU worth considering due to bottleneck issues. Another cheaper but still good choice is the GTX 1050 Ti (not the plain 1050 version). In between these two is the AMD RX 570, it is a good choice too but I am finding it more expensive than the GTX 1060-3GB. The 1060 (120 watts) and 570 (150 watts) will require PSU power connection while the 1050 Ti (75 watts) will get all of its power from the PCI-e x16 slot.

Now for installing, lets first find the PCI-e x16 expansion slot on your motherboard. Open the link and find the picture of the motherboard. In the center of the picture you will find, "IPM87-MP". Just below that is a long, black socket, that is your PCI-e x16 expansion slot.

Rather than rewriting installation instructions here is a link. There many available from the internet.
