[SOLVED] Can I upgrade the memory of Asus X543MA?

Hi folks.

Can I know for sure whether I can upgrade the RAM of the said laptop?

For what I've found out online, there are two possibilities - the RAM is soldered to the mobo and we can't do anything about it, or in addition to the soldered RAM there is one additional available slot that could be upgraded.

The guy that sold it said he is 90% sure we cannot upgrade the RAM. Another guy who's familiar with laptops said there should be a slot.

The laptop has 4GB and I'm hoping to get it to 8GB.

Alright, but does that mean it can be upgraded to 8GB or that it comes with either 2, 4 or 8GB.
