Hi -...

Hi - Need to know the brand & model of your PSU, your budget for GPU.
Your mobo has an x16 slot, so mdern GPU's will fit, it is a matter of how much your PSU
can support and how much you can spend on a vid card.

First things first, get a better power supply. You are risking a lot using that low quality unit. Antec, Seasonic, XFX, and Evga's B2/G2 would be far better. Even the Evga 500b or 600b, which are decent budget units, would be far far better than that thing. After that, get the GPU. Also, you really need more ram. GTA V is a fairly demanding title.

Hi - That PSU brand is one that often doesn't deliver it's rated specs. Assuming it's
close to it's +12v amps spec (25 +12v) you could run the 750ti you mention above,
as a sys with a 750ti needs 20 +12v amps.

Personally, I suggest to start saving for a better quality PSU, you're prob going to need it in a few months

The power supply probably needs to go... get at least 500 or 600w, 80+ Bronze, from a brand like Cooler Master, EVGA, or XFX.

As for the CPU, you may benefit from an upgrade (assuming that FX 6300 or 8320 runs on the same socket, I'm not sure myself), but what's really killing your performance is the fact that you don't have a GPU.

Get an R9 280 if you can, $180 and a beast at running games. If that's too much for you, the $150 R9 270 is no slacker, and the R7 260x can match the GTX 750ti for $110.

You should consider a hard drive upgrade, 250 GB isn't great when you consider how the latest games are usually close to the 50GB mark. Consider a 2TB drive from Seagate or Western Digital for $70.

Not the best out there, but still decent.

Consider the R9 280, 3GB of VRAM and a very powerful card. At the same time, that FX 4130 probably needs to go soon. Have you considered an FX 6300 or 8320-E?

The TDP from those parts won't be hard with a 600w PSU, plenty of headroom for an overclock and decent parts all around. CX 600M might be a good pick, though there are many other brands out there. Just go to PCPartPicker and filter it down to 600-700w wattage, 80+ Bronze and 80+ Gold, anything else you care about, and go down by price.
