Can I upgrade this pc

Solution
There's always the possibility that you can find one of the CPUs on the support page for that AM2+ MB someplace like ebay.

Even though the AM2+ socket will accept some 95W Phenom IIs, getting the OEM BIOS to recognize it would be iffy. Which CPU do you have in it now, the 1.8GHZ PhII X4 9105e?

You could probably start with getting something like an HD 7750 and see how that performs. That should work with the factory OEM PSU with no problems.
