Can I upgrade this PC?

So earlier this week I asked if I could run Black Ops:II. My PC runs it smooth on low settings, but I want to run it on medium or higher settings. My question here is if this PC could be updated in any way possible to be able to run 2012 games at Mid to High settings? PC--> http://www.frys.com/product/7026861

Yes, so long as the PSU (power supply) is good enough you can add a better GPU in, you could probably put a better CPU in as well but it would have to be an FM1 (or FM2, not sure about the naming of the AMD APUs) socket motherboard.

For GOOD gaming you NEED a proper graphics card added to that machine, its own Integrated graphics just will NOT be good enough...

Choosing a graphics card is easy >>> THE MORE YOU PAY THE BETTER YOU GET....

Pay at least a couple of HUNDRED dollars for it (minimum - preferably more)
