Can I upgrade to a 750 ti?

I have an older version of this PC: http://www.acer.ca/ac/en/CA/content/model/DT.SPZAA.004

Slight changes:
- i5-4440
- AMD Radeon HD 8570

Will I be able to upgrade to a 750 ti without buying a new PSU?

Yes. The 750Ti can be had without external power required. Look for one like that and you should have no issues.
