Can I upgrade to a Newer/ and or better CPU with my current MOBO?

Hello, I recently bought a Older Gaming build off the internet for $100. (Intel C2q q8400 2.66ghz, 8gb ddr3 1333mhz ram, radeon hd 4670 512mb (upgraded to 2gb evga 750ti), and a 430w PSU.

My current MOBO is a Intel DP45SG from 2008. I don't really care about a budget price. I just want to know if there is a reasonable upgrade for a CPU while keeping the same MOBO and PSU.

Q9650: http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-Intel/DP45SG.html It only offers a higher base frequency and it probably isn't worth it (even though budget isn't a concern).
