Can I upgrade to this motherboard?

Hi I am about to purchase a new mobo and I was looking into getting the MSI 970 gaming and before I buy it I need to know if all my components is able to handle it and if not is there a mobo thats better are just as good to use?. Here are my specs CPU AMD fx8320 eight core,GPU EVGA gtx960 4gb,ram G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 and for the PSU its a corsair CX500

as long as your CPU's match you are good. and they do match since the AMD FX8320 is AMD3+ and the MSI motherboard is AMD3+. So you are good to go
