[SOLVED] Can I upgrade to this?

So after a lot of troubleshooting my PC over the last few days I have learned that I need to replace my motherboard. I'm just here to make sure that my upgrade will work and if not I guess I need to do more research and I really don't want to have to do that.

Current dying/dead motherboard: H81M-HDS
Motherboard that i'm looking to upgrade to: GIGABYTE mATX Motherboard Intel Z97 Socket 1150 w/ HDMI, DVI, RAID - GA-Z97M-D3H

Other specs:
PSU: EVGA 700W ATX12V/EPS12V 80 Plus Bronze
GPU: GeForce GTX 1660 Ti, not overclocked
CPU: Intel i7 4790K 4.00GHz, not overclocked
RAM: 2x 8GB ADATA DDR3
HDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda
SSD: 128GB I forget the brand

Why are you wanting to "upgrade" to a platform that is only slightly newer than your current ancient thing?

Quite frankly I am not great when it comes to motherboards so even finding this took me about an hour and it's pretty much the only one that I could find that I am actually able to order as of now that I thought would work

My budget is around $200, and though I would very much enjoy being able to upgrade my CPU as well I simply don't think I have the funds for it so i'm just trying to replace my motherboard for now.

Even so would you have any suggestions off the top of you head regardless of price, I'm sadly well aware of the fact that this takes a good bit of money, anyway thanks for all of the help.
