can i upgrade vista 32bit ( on a dell ) using win7 64bit system builders oem

MY MOM HAS A DELL DESK TOP WITH VISTA 32 BIT, I WOULD LIKE TO USE MY WIN7 64 BIT SYSTEM BUILDERS OEM TO UPGRADE HER COMPUTER, AM I ABLE TO, IF SO, HOW?

You can "upgrade" by booting up the disc/usb( if you have the installer on a usb), delete all the partitions containing the old OS ( this will delete everything on that partition) and then choose to install the Win 7 on a new partition.

As long as it's a 64 bit CPU, and I hope Dell has all its 64 bit drives for u to download.
