Can I use 1 computer to stream and 1 to game with different windows 10 ins one and 7 on another?

Hi I’m wondering if I need to have a gpu and a capture card to stream with a different pc then I do to game with. Or can I just use a capture card. I would be looking to stream fortnite and bo4
