can i use 2 different memory with different voltage 1.5 and 1.35 ?

hello

now i have gskill memory kit in my PC (F3-12800CL9D-8GBXM / DDR3-1600 / 1.35V ) 2*4 GB

and i want to add one more 8GB Gskill (F3-1600C9S-8GXM / DDR3-1600 / 1.5V ) 1*8 GB

can add this new one with my old one ? , is there any problem or incompatibility issues will appear ?

and can you tell me which one is better ?

EDIT : i noticed that the new ram have spd speed 1333MHZ and tested speed 1600MHZ
is that ok or will make any problem

you wil run in issue since the 1.5 volt may not work on lower voltages if you want to had ram get a dual set with similar specs that work with your motherboard.
