Can I use 2 NVMe's on an Asus B450-i motherboard?

Hi, I'm. Upgrading/downsizing my pc and I have chosen the asus Rog Strix B450-i as my motherboard, my question is (as it has 2 x m.2 slots, can I put an NVME drive on both or will this hinder performance in some way. The cpu I intend to use is a Ryzen 2600 and I have a GTX 1070.

You can definitely use NVME drives in both slots. There is no performance penalty for that.
