I have a Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8gb ram 2400mhz stick in my PC and my mobo supports 2 ram sticks up to 16 GB so, I wanted to ask can I use a Kingston HyperX Fury ddr4 8gb 2133mhz. Actually, my mobo supports DDR4 frequency up to 2133mhz so the corsair ram is also clocked at 2133 MHz so can I use the Kingston ram with it and would it damage my PC in any way?

Solution
When mixing 2 different RAM sticks, you must make sure that both RAM sticks can run with highest latency, slowest timing and are using the same amount of voltage.

In your case, both sticks are using 1.2V. But the latency and timing is different.
Corsair: CL15, Timing 15-15-15.
Kingston: CL14, Timing 14-14-14.

At best your BIOS dedects both RAM sticks and you can run both sticks. In most cases, BIOS may not dedect 2nd stick at all and you're left with 1 running stick. At worst, you'll get boot up issues.
MERGED QUESTION
Question from Soumyadeep28 : "Can I use two different rams from same manufacturers same frequency but different capacity ?"

I have a Corsair Vengeance DDR4 8gb 2400mhz ram in my PC so can I use a Corsair Vengeance DDR4 4GB 2400mhz ram stick with it ? Would I Get dual channel ? Would it harm my PC in any way ?

Would it damage your system? Highly unlikely. Would it actually work? Meh... maybe. Really hard to tell with today's motherboards. Seven years ago, I'd have said you had a good chance of it working. Today, not so much. It might work, I'd bet (a small amount) against it.
