On professional equipment (like the ones we have at my work) you can just add batteries as you need.

1000v ups is ready up to 600w of use, so you should be fine, and no, you cant use 2 ups for the same psu.
And if the UPS turn off on a power blackout, its time to change the batterie, but it still offer surge protection.

I guess you can also just buy another external batterie backup to Plug your UPS in
I have the APC Back UPS 700VA - BX700Ui (390w max), i have 2 computers conectet to it, one with 350w psu (server), the other a gaming with OC Pentium g3252 at 4.7 and the GTX 960 on na 610w psu.

They both hardly pull out more than 200w together while one is gaming.

So i am prety shure your system is not going to pull 600w of energy the whole time, what pc do you have?

no my problem is voltage..here is (where i live) voltage is too low..so when i put 450W PSU on my pc so its worked fine but i need 650W coz of my graphic card (dualx r9 270)...so i thought if my UPS worked fine on 450W psu so may be 1 extra UPS will be best for me 🙂
so i wanna ask can i use 2 UPS on 1 PSU
