[SOLVED] Can I use 2 whole different desktops at the same time on 2 monitors?

Can i somehow have 2 desktops at the same time, one on each monitor? Not just extend, but a whole new desktop, apps open, ect (like 2 user accounts open at the same time on different monitors, not 2 computers bcs that would complicate things) and still be able to easily switch between them
