Hi!

The mobo specs says:
Supports 4000+(OC)/ 3866(OC)/ 3733(OC)/ 3600(OC)/ 3466(OC)/ 3400(OC)/ 3333(OC)/ 3300(OC)/ 3200(OC)/ 3000(OC) / 2800(OC)/ 2667/ 2400/ 2133 MHz

I'm going to buy a i3-8350K with Corsair / Kingston 3000 MHz ram but I'm not sure
1. if the ram works in this mobo without overclocking
2. if the ram's worth to buy for my needs compared to a 2400MHz

I'm using the PC for Photoshop home usage, coding videos in Sony Vegas Pro and playing World of Warcraft Raiding. Sometimes I play other games too without taking them seriously.

No you can't. By default, for Intel, the maximum non-overclocked RAM speed is 2400Mhz. You will have to overclock it. But don't worry, it's very easy and it's very safe. You simply need to go into your motherboard BIOS when it boots up (click F2 or Del) and you need to enable XMP, there should be an automatic option that will set it to 3000Mhz at 1.35v.

1 - will work at 2400mhz without OC. But to turn on ram OC is pretty simple. You just have to enable XMP in BIOS settings.
2 - it depends.. how much more expensive than 2400mhz ram is it?

1. Thank you, so it will boot in the mobo but not on 3000 Mhz but 2400, amirite?
2. the price difference is about 10 bucks.

Your getting a bunch of bad information buy 3000 memory go into BIOS and enable XMP profile and your done now running 3000.
