I bought a system from 3 years ago with Ryzen 3600, MSI B450M A Pro Max, 2060 Super. I recently bought an MSI 3060Ti Gaming X trio GPU.
My question is can I safely install the GPU (haven't tried yet) into the B450M motherboard? Can I make it work for long enough to wait for Intel 13th gen?

Should work fine. Make sure your PSU is good enough to support the card, and the case is big enough to accommodate it.
Problem is won't the lack of spacing cause heating issues, even with 2060S it was pretty crowded.
Yes its a decent ATX case, Thermaltake J24.
My PSU is 650W white, but does have the 2 x (6+2) pins that the card requires, will that be a problem?

Not the best airflow case, but the front mesh is a good thing. Use front fans as intake, top and rear as exhaust. Hot air goes up by default. At a glance from product manufacturers specs., the case clearance for GPU is 330mm, and the card length is 323mm. Seems like a tight fit but do double check the specs. again.

650w white doesn't say anything about PSU quality or efficiency. Lower the quality, higher the probability of failure. Also, the 3000 series card are infamous for their transient spikes which is the reason for system shutdowns on load. You would need a really good quality PSU to avoid that.

It's Gamdias Astrape 650W. I've been told it's not very good, and got a bit spooked.
So do you have any suggestions from the following for 3060Ti that has 240W consumption (according to the official page).
Cooler Master MWE 550W V2

Redragon RGPS GC-PS002 600W 80 Plus Bronze

DeepCool PK650D 650 Watt 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply

Corsair CX-M Series CX650M 650W 80 PLUS Bronze Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply

MSI MAG A650BN 650W 80 Plus Bronze Power Supply

Corsair, as suggested above.
