My motherboard is SABERTOOTH Z170 S

Maybe. There is no way to predict. Mix and match RAM is a gamble.

It's a crapshoot, if you try and have problems, give me a shout and we can try adjustments. I've played with a number of sets of 3000, 3200 and 3400 and had luck using timing and voltage adjustments
