Hello,
I want to upgrade my CPU to a r5 5600X and I have an ASUS Prime b450m-a II, which has a 60w tdp. Although the user manual says that the board supports ryzen 5000 series CPU, the 5600X has a 65w tdp. I only do simple gaming and don't load the CPU a lot. Will I be fine using it?
Thanks in advance.

The place to look is the supported CPU list for your motherboard -- https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards-Components/Motherboards/PRIME/PRIME-B450M-A-II/HelpDesk_CPU/
That list shows if a CPU is supported AND the minimum BIOS version.
The 5600X is supported and requires the 2409 BIOS version or later.
