I have a very old prebuild pc that do not have a dedicate graphic card and now i want to install one 750ti or gt 1030 but minimum requirement of these graphic card is 300watt psu so I wanna know if my 200watt psu can run these graphic card or not.

Please list out the specs for the old PC. Especially important is to know what type of PSU you have. Please be as exact as possible.
The 1030 GT gets the power it needs from the PCIe slot. Max 30w so should work. The 1050/1050Ti is a much better option but not sure about your 200w, though it does not need an extra power connector either. We have a few PSU guru's here that'll be able to look at the unit you have and answer your question. A big no to the 750Ti.
The 1030 is not worth the cost to performance. Whats your MAX budget?
Make and model of yoru PSU and it's age? Off the top of my head, the answer will always be no since you're going to need power for the entire system, not just the GPU.
