Can I use 8GB ram (1 x 8GB) on Biostar G41D3+ Ver. 6.3/6.4 motherboard?

Doesn't look like it. It doesn't surprise me with a motherboard that old.

Will it work? Maybe but probably not. If you already own it you could try it and see if it crashes or won't boot. You won't break anything. I wouldn't buy anything though.
