And I am getting I5 3470 at 46$ Which is less TDP 77W which is better deal

8gb ddr3 2 hard disk also will it enough power in psu to run this system

65W cpu cooler on 95W cpu? No you shouldn't do that. It will overheat under load and start throttling.

65W cpu cooler on 77W cpu ? May be. It's probably the same stock cooler for both of those cpu's.

  CM thunder 450 will run GTX 1050 ti - no problem.
  But with Asus hd7790 you might be getting close to PSU limits. This PSU is essentially mislabeled 360W unit. hd7790 draws 90W-150W and is recommended to be used with at least 430W PSU.
