[SOLVED] Can I use a 1080p 144hz monitor with this laptop?

Hello there, I have been debating myself if I should buy a display for my laptop. It has an i5-7200U CPU, with a integrated GPU (Intel 620) and a dedicated GPU (Nvidia 940MX). I'm pretty sure I won't be able to run any kind of game on 144hz (and probably not even on 1080p) but I'm not really a gamer anymore, and I'll probably update to a real PC in a few years. My question is, will my laptop be able to handle that jump on resolution and Refresh Rate? From what I could find, my laptop has an 1.4b (Maybe) HDMI port.

My laptop is an Acer E5-575G.
