Can I use a 120mm Radiator on a 80mm vent?

My case does not have vents for 120mm fans. They are for 80mm vents.

If I buy a H60, is it gonna be fine if I stick the Rad on the 80mm vent?

No, because the mounting holes for the 80mm fan will be too close together to be able to mount the 120mm fan of the H60, and there will probably also be other things to the sides that would interfere with the radiator. What case is it, anyway?

It's a local cheap generic case. I'm not gonna be using screws to mount this. I wont be using screws.

Then I recommend you upgrade your case first before getting a radiator, but what will you be using instead of screws? Leaving it loose in the case doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

They do make adapters for 120mm to 80mm. I would still recommend getting a proper case though.

Why spend money on a cooler like the H60 but have a junk case? Maybe upgrade your case and use a stock air cooler for a while, just a suggestion.

You could *technically* drill holes in the case to mount the radiator, but unless you also drilled dozens more holes around the 80mm opening, 55% of the radiator will be blocked by the case and your cooling performance will be terrible.

That's better, but your cooling performance will still be diminished, which defeats part of the purpose of having a closed loop cooler in the first place. Also, make sure that the entire assembly will actually fit, because at this point you're dealing with the height of the adapter + radiator + fan(s).
