i was thinking about upgrading to a Rx 560 and was wondering if my Power supply would do the job or i need a new one.

Specs
Psu: FSP 400W 80+ Platinum
Cpu: I5-7400
Ram: 1 stick of DDR4 8gb

Solution
For this GPU, this PSU is adequate. FSP does a lot of business with companies that make prebuilts, so they have an unusual number of high efficiency, low-output PSUs in their portfolio. It's not an amazing design, though very efficient, but it's adequate for a GPU like this.

FSP even has a Titanium-rated 400W.

According to the website, AMD recommends at least 450W power supply to be used. I've never seen a 400W power supply with platinum rating.
I recommend you to get Seasonic Focus+ Gold .
